The design incorporates a wide bi-fold sliding door opening onto a raised terrace. The flat roof with large overhang and raised parapet incorporates a long lantern rooflight, aligned to the bi-fold doors. A louvre screen is provided for privacy and to act as sun-shading to prevent overheating.
