Whiterok secured Outline permission in 2016 to construct three dwellings on the site, replacing the existing detached property and garage. The site was then sold to a local housebuilder who appointed Whiterok to prepare a full plans/detailed submission for two 3-bed semi-detached dwellings with a detached 4-bed property at the rear of the site. A planning application was submitted in February 2017.
