Established in 2011, Whiterok is a small architectural practice, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, providing a full range of design & project management services to homeowner & commercial clients.

We have established a reputation for good design and delivery of high quality buildings, providing an exceptional service to our clients in navigating what can be a daunting and complex process. Our service will be tailored to your requirements and will assist with the management of external consultants, advice on procurement routes, methods of construction, sustainable features, obtaining statutory approvals and selection of builders. We apply our strong technical knowledge to ensure the building is efficient to construct and good value.

Whiterok is a registered practice of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), the lead qualifying body for Architectural Technology and represents those practising and studying within the discipline, for more information please click link (external link)

​This title of Chartered status recognises our years of  experience, knowledge and high level of technical training. In accordance with the Code of Conduct, we maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to the sum of £1M. 

Our costs will always depend on the type of project and the level of involvement you require from us. Generally, the majority of our projects are fixed lump sum, which is calculated based on our involvement, this ensures that clients have costs certainty from the start of a project.

We carry out an initial consultation with all our clients and then provide a written scope of works clearly identifying the breakdown of our services provided, their associated costs and our payment terms.
