We apply our strong technical knowledge to ensure the building is efficient to construct and good value.

​This title of Chartered status recognises our years of  experience, knowledge and high level of technical training. In accordance with the Code of Conduct, we maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to the sum of £1M.

Our costs will always depend on the type of project and the level of involvement you require from us. Generally, the majority of our projects are fixed lump sum, which is calculated based on our involvement, this ensures that clients have costs certainty from the start of a project.

We carry out an initial consultation with all our clients and then provide a written scope of works clearly identifying the breakdown of our services provided, their associated costs and our payment terms.
