Fleet

Whiterok were appointed to transform the appearance of the property and make alterations to create a grand entrance hall and improve the internal layout with open plan kitchen/living areas. The scope of works included conversion of the garage to habitable accommodation and a new driveway. 

The external facade was improved by changing the proportions of the openings with the introduction of sash windows, creating a new focal point with a stone portico and applying a soft stucco render over the poor quality brick.

The property lies in the Fleet Conservation Area.
