Whiterok were approached by the homeowner following two failed applications to extend their home. We reviewed the original design prepared by a local architect and provided our honest advice on what the planners were likely to accept. We prepared a new scheme which included a porch, first floor extension to the front and part-single/ part-two storey extension to the rear. The new scheme was approved by the local authority on the first submission.
