The design brief was to increase and improve the property through extension and internal alterations.

Whiterok secured planning permission and building control approval for a two-storey extension to the side with contemporary black-brick clad single-storey orangery to the rear, incorporating large sliding doors and a lantern rooflight. The works included raising the eaves level and creating accommodation in the roofspace, new stair/entrance hall, kitchen/dining and additional bedrooms.
