Whiterok have been fortunate to work with Nitin and his team on a number of projects including his own home, his first takeaway (Anu's) and the extremely successful Spirits & Spices. 

The unit was originally a fireplace showroom. We secured change of use, new advertising, internal fit-out and extension to the rear. In addition to the planning permissions, we provided technical drawings and obtained building control approval and assisted in agreeing the Party Wall award.

In 2023, we secured planning permission to add a first floor extension for additional covers.
