Whiterok prepared the design and planning application for a substantial 3000sq.ft 4-bedroom dwelling with carport off Waltham Road in Overton.

To overcome the significant slope of the site, the building is designed as split level with Study, Hall, WC + Utility on the entry level, and an open-plan Living/Dining/Kitchen on the lower ground floor. The accommodation flows onto the raised terrace accessed through 10m wide sliding glass doors.

The four bedrooms are all located at the rear to access the cantilever balcony and benefit from the stunning countryside views down the valley.

The proposal received planning permission in January 2017.
