Whiterok were appointed to prepare working drawings and administer a tender process for the 4000sq.ft new-build Georgian villa.

The building was designed to high insulation standards and included a ground source heat pump. 

 

The scope of works included securing building control consent and obtaining planning permissions for a new garage and a two-bedroom annex.
