Sherborne St John

Whiterok were appointed to prepare the design, planning application and building control submission for a substantial remodel and extension to the property located in the local Conservation Area. 

 

The facade was improved by changing the proportions of the openings, redesign of the balcony and introduction of cladding and oak porch. The property was extended to the rear to create space for a large open plan kitchen/living space. Internally a new staircase was installed with full refurbishment throughout including the fit-out of the existing workshop into a residential annex.
