Whiterok were approached by a homeowner following two failed applications to extend their home.

Working alongside Lasseter Downie Planning Consultants, we prepared a new scheme which included a two-storey extension to the side, two-storey extension to the rear, single storey extension to the side and major internal alterations. Planning permission was granted 2023.
