Whiterok were appointed to obtain Change of Use from B1,B2 + B8 to A1 (Retail) for a Kitchen + Bathrooms showroom. Whiterok obtained planning consent and building control approval for all works.The construction included major structural works to form a new stairwell and installation of a new staircase. to comply with DDA and Part M requirements.
