Whiterok were appointed to prepare design, planning application and building control submission for a substantial remodel and extension to the existing property to create a modern family home.


The planning process was complicated with the property situated in the local Conservation Area and in close proximity to a listed building. The LPA considered the house in its current form to have been substantially extended from the original building and were resistant to further development. Through negotiations with the LPA, planning was secured for a single storey extension to the front; part single/part-two storey extension to the rear and external changes. 

In 2023,  the Contractor and original consultant team were appointed to provide the concept and technical design for a substantial garage with annex above.
